Police appeal for help to trace missing Aberdeen man

Police are appealing for help to trace a missing Aberdeen man.

Martyn Gauld was last seen in the Earnsheugh Road area of Cove at about 11am yesterday.

The 36-year-old is described as 5ft 11ins in height, of slim build and with pale complexion.

He has short brown hair and facial stubble and he was last seen wearing a yellow Superdry T-shirt under a light grey hooded sweatshirt with darker grey elbow patches, blue jeans and brown casual shoes with white soles.

Police say he is known to visit the city centre shopping centres in Aberdeen.

Inspector Chris Kerr said: “We have concerns for Martyn’s welfare and would urge him to make contact with us as soon as possible.”

Anyone who may have seen Mr Gauld should contact police on 101.
