A north-east construction boss has been banned from driving for three years after he was caught drink-driving.
Grzegorz Wielebnowski was more than three times over the limit when he was pulled over by police last month.
He appeared for sentencing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday after previously pleading guilty.
Wielebnowski, who has a previous conviction for drink-driving, had been pulled over by police on December 18.
The results of a roadside breath test showed him to have 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100mls of breath, when the limit is 22mcgs.
Wielebnowski, of 72 Laurel Avenue, Bridge of Don, was ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work as a direct alternative to custody, and placed under supervision for a year. He was also disqualified for driving for three years.
