Vickilee Galloway yesterday faced the accusations at the High Court in Glasgow. It is alleged the 36-year-old did incite a Staffordshire Bull Terrier to attack Brian Pennie and Stacey Ann Findlay at an address in Peterhead. Prosecutors claim the animal repeatedly bit the pair on the head and body during the incident last February. Galloway is accused of also kicking and stamping on Mr Pennie and struggling with Miss Findlay. The attacks are said to have been to the pair’s severe injury, permanent disfigurement and to the danger of life. As well as the assault allegations, Galloway, also of 77 Willowbank Road, Peterhead, faces a separate charge under the Dangerous Dogs Act. She will go on trial at the High Court in Aberdeen in September.
