High winds in the area have seen down power lines and trees falling on lines. Properties in Aboyn, Peterculter, Maryculter, Dunecht, Ellon, havebeen hit by power cuts. A SSE spokesperson said: “We are witnessing many power outages across the area this morning. “With winds set to increase over the morning we predict that more homes will be affected. “We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
