Natalia Kidd, 28, decided to challenge herself after her grandmother died from the disease. And the money she raises from modelling at a high-profile show in London’s Hilton Metropole on April 1 and 2 will be donated to Children of Cancer UK. The event has been organised by the country’s leading professional agency Top Model UK. Ms Kidd decided to take the plunge because she is interested in fashion, but she also wanted to do something a little bit different for charity. At 5ft 5in, she would usually be too small to model, so she views this an a unique opportunity. She said: “For me it’s something I’ve never seen myself doing before. “I am not too confident a person and I am probably normally in the corner like I am not there. “In the show, I have to face the challenge and walk in front of lots of people. “It’s also something bigger than a marathon as I run everyday, so I could do that, but this is completely different.” To sponsor Natalia, visit www.virginmoneygiving.com
