Police have appealed for help following a robbery in the Torry area of Aberdeen

Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves broke into a property in the Torry area of Aberdeen.

The culprits targeted a flat above Dobry Polish Shop, on Victoria Road, was targeted, and made of with cigarettes and cash, described as a “four-figure sum” by police.

The incident happened between 10.30pm on Friday and 8.30am the following morning.

Officers are keen to trace anyone seen acting suspiciously nearby at the time of the incident.
