Picture by Kami Thomson A man found dead in Fraserburgh on Saturday has been named as 52-year-old Uldis Pulkstenis. His body was discovered in Westshore Gardens at around 10.25am. Police are treating the death as unexplained. Officers are appealing for anyone who knew Mr Pulkstenes or was in the area between 2pm on Friday and 1am on Saturday to get in touch.
