Police are anxiously trying to trace an Aberdeen man who has been missing since the weekend.
Allan Cuthbertson was last seen by a relative at his home in the Northfield area of the city, about 7.45am on Sunday.
The 58-year-old is described as being 5ft 8ins in height, with a slim build, pale complexion, short cropped dark brown hair, brown eyes and an Edinburgh accent.
He was last seen wearing a khaki green hooded parka jacket with fur hood, wrangler jeans and grey loafer type shoes. He wears glasses and is a heavy smoker.
He may frequent the city centre and has connections to Edinburgh.
Sergeant Stuart Gray is leading the inquiry. He said: “We are anxious to trace Mr. Cuthbertson as he has been missing for a number of days, which would be out of character, and naturally this is a worrying time for his family and friends.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Allan in recent days or have information on his whereabouts to contact us to assist with our enquiries.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
