Reports are coming in of a two vehicle crash closing part of a busy Aberdeen road and trapping a woman in her car. Two cars collided on Provost Rust drive at its junction with Granite Hill Road and early reports suggest that the road has been closed as a result. Police say local diversions are likely to be put in place on North Anderson drive. Scottish Fire and Rescue attended the crash to make the cars safe and police say crews will be needed to free a trapped woman from her car. The Scottish Ambulance service are also in attendance after receiving the call at 2:30pm. It is understood drivers suffered minor injuries.
