Four people have been taken to hospital as fire crews tackle a blaze in the Queen’s Cross area of Aberdeen.
Emergency services were alerted after a fire broke out inside a ground-floor flat in Blenheim Place at 6.50pm.
One man has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with due to smoke inhalation, while three others, including two children, have also been taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Five appliances and a height vehicle, from North Anderson Drive, Central and Altens, were called to the scene.
Twenty-six firefighters are currently battling the blaze, using hose-reel jets and breathing apparatus.
