The Fraserburgh lifeboat was sent and Coastguard helicopter, Rescue 951 from Inverness also attended, but has been stood down. The two man crew are safe and well but the boat itself, Welfare, is semi submerged. A spokesperson for HM coastguard said: “We are currently assessing wether or not the boat can be towed in.”
