Last night it emerged the property where prostitute Jessica McGraa was killed have been put up for sale.
Mrs McGraa was found dead, allegedly murdered, in Flat B, 16 Union Terrace, which has now been put up for sale for offers over £259,000.
Property particulars show the inside of the “well presented” three bedroom flat Mrs McGraa had been working from just days before she died.
The apartment is part of a category B-listed granite building and contains many features traditional with Aberdeen properties such as high ceilings, plaster cornices and ornate interior pillars.
The flat, which was valued at around £265,000, has a “bright and spacious” open plan lounge and kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the front of the property and Union Terrace Gardens.
Two bedrooms, facing the front of the property, are connected using specialised sliding doors with a further master bedroom located at the back of the building.
Mrs McGraa’s body was found two days after she last logged into her Adult Work profile which she used to generate business for herself in the Granite City.
A post-mortem examination showed the mum was suffocated. Her death certificate listed her only cause of death as asphyxiation.
Bala Chinda, 25, has since been charged with her murder and is expected to appear in court again later this year.
