A man has appeared in court in connection with a break-in and theft at an Aberdeenshire shop.
Wayne Case, 39, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
He faces charges of theft of a motor vehicle and theft by housebreaking. No plea was entered and Case, from Liverpool was subsequently remanded in custody.
Police are continuing enquiries after thousands of pounds and cigarettes were stolen from the Key Store in Alford on Monday.
