The 14-year-old girl is alleged to have torched a number of bins in the Mastrick and Northfield areas of the city. Bins outside Quarryhill Primary School, Northfield Swimming Pool, and Alan Douglas Park were all set alight on Tuesday. The girl will now be reported to the youth management unit. Police have stepped up patrols in the area and are calling on anyone with information on any similar fires to come forward.
