A Starbucks outlet in the grounds of the ‘Makro’ site at Wellington Circle in Cove would be opened if plans are approved. The coffee shop would be located in an area to the south east of the Makro store. Officers have recommended that councillors approve the application when it comes before the Planning Development Management Committee next Thursday.
