April snow… Just as you thought summer was here

A yellow warning for snow has been issued for much of northern Scotland.

Traffic cameras along the A9 have picked up the first snowflakes of April – with more expected across the Highland and Grampian region.

The yellow weather warning is in place until 10am this morning and also extends down into Tayside and Fife.
