A former social worker has been charged after allegedly urinating among the dunes at Donald Trump’s north-east golf course.
Rohan Beyts has been charged under section 47 of the Civic Government Act (Scotland) 1982 for allegedly urinating in “such circumstances as to cause, or to be likely to cause, annoyance to any other person”.
It is understood police were called to Trump International Golf Links at Menie, near Balmedie, after the 61-year-old was spotted by staff appearing to squat on the dunes.
Staff are believed to have captured the alleged incident on camera.
Police have confirmed a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
If convicted, Ms Beyts could be fined up to £500.
