A major Aberdeenshire commuter route has closed this morning after a tractor toppled over and spilled fertiliser over the road.
Police were called to the scene of the incident on the B979 Netherley Road just after 9.15am, where a vehicle and a tractor were involved in a collision.
Ambulance staff are on the scene, however it is understood that nobody was seriously injured in the crash.
Paramedics are currently caring for the driver of the tractor as a precaution.
Following the crash, a large quantity of fertiliser was accidentally spilled across the road, and it is currently closed close to the turn-off to the A90 Stonehaven to Aberdeen road.
Fire teams are in attendance to clear the muck away as soon as possible and help re-open the road.
