Emergency services have rushed to a crash on a north-east road this afternoon.
An ambulance spokesman confirmed two local ambulances and an air ambulance treated “multiple casualties” following the crash on the B999. One woman has now been taken to hospital with head injuries.
The crash occurred a mile north of Pitmedden around 2.40pm and it is believed only one car was involved.
Fire crews are also at the scene to cut casualties from the vehicle.
