Scores of firefighters have been called to tackle a house fire in the north-east this afternoon.
Three appliances, an incident support vehicle and a water carrier were called to the blaze at the house in Fisherie near MacDuff at around 12.47pm.
It’s understood someone has been injured as a result but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “There was a fire in the roof space of a dwelling at Fisherie near MacDuff.
“It’s now under control.
“I believe there was an injury but I have no further details just now.”
