New direct flights have been launched between Aberdeen and Warsaw.
The twice-weekly Wizz Air service from Aberdeen International Airport is the first to connect the city with the Polish capital.
The flights will run year-round on Mondays and Fridays.
The new route addition follows the airline’s arrival at the airport last year when it launched a twice-weekly service to the Polish city of Gdansk.
Lynn Harwood, route development manager at Aberdeen Airport, said: “Wizz Air is an ambitious and rapidly growing airline and the addition of Warsaw is fantastic news for the airport and the city.
“We are continually working to expand our route network and not only will Wizz Air’s new routes strengthen our connectivity with Europe’s major cities, it has huge potential to generate significant in-bound tourism for Aberdeen.”
