People supported by an Aberdeen social care charity will gain the chance to meet leading music acts such as Tinie Tempah and Example next month.
The Enjoy Music Festival has confirmed that Cornerstone will be its charity partner and service users will be given backstage passes.
The arts event will go ahead in Hazlehead Park in Aberdeen on Saturday, June 4 and Russell Aitchison, the event’s managing director, praised the work of Cornerstone.
He said: “We are thrilled to have Cornerstone as the festival’s charity partner.
“Enjoy Music is all about people having a great time and we know how hard Cornerstone works in Aberdeen and right across Scotland to improve the lives of people with disabilities and support needs.
“This year, the festival has a wide range of acts and entertainment, reflecting our diverse city.
“Cornerstone is a great fit with this, because it helps people across all parts of society and that’s why we are really looking forward to working with the team.”
