Emergency services were called to the A947 Aberdeen to Banff road at around 8.10pm. Fire crews arrived to find two people trapped in their vehicles and got them out shortly after. They were treated by paramedics at the scene but the injuries are not thought to be serious. The vehicles involved were a Black Volkswagen Polo and a Silver Audi A7.
