A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital following, what appears to be an assault, in the Denburn area of the city. Emergency services, including seven police units, were called to the scene near Woolmanhill Hospital at around 7.20pm. There is a high police presence on Rosemount Viaduct, Hill Street and South Mount Street. Blood can currently be seen on the pavements. A police spokesman said there was “no reason” for the public to be concerned at this time. He said: “There is no risk to anyone at the moment in time. Matters are under control and we are carrying out further enquiries.” Police at the scene in Aberdeen Police at the scene in Aberdeen Police at the scene in Aberdeen
