The future of a pivotal Aberdeen street will finally be decided by councillors next week.
There are three options on the table for Broad Street in the city centre: full pedestrianisation, opening to only buses and bicycles or keeping the status quo.
A public consultation has been carried out with the results to be made public this week.
The Broad Street proposal is one of four major transport projects contained in the Aberdeen City Centre masterplan, which aims to transform the whole area during the next 25 years.
However, critics have raised fears that full pedestrianisation could create further bottlenecks in the city.
Three other streets have been identified in the masterplan for major transport projects – Guild Street, Union Street and Schoolhill.
The public consultation closed on June 12.
