Stonehaven pool has been named one of the best in the UK.
One of Aberdeenshire’s best loved attractions will switch to its extended opening hours this weekend.
Stonehaven Open Air Pool will extend its opening hours for the summer holidays, and will also launch its popular midnight swims next week.
From Saturday the pool will open from 10am-7.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays, and from 6.30am-7.30pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Weekend hours will be 10am-6pm.
There will also be daily inflatables sessions from 2pm to 4pm, depending on the weather.
The weekly midnight swims begin on Wednesday, with doors open at 9.30pm for a start of 10pm. They will run each Wednesday until August 10.
