A young man has been charged after police seized £46,000 worth of cannabis from a city centre flat.
Police searched the property on Urquhart Road in Aberdeen on Sunday following a tip-off from a member of the public.

Detective Constable Kim Duncan, the investigating officer, said: “I would like to thank members of the public for reporting their suspicions, which resulted in us being able to take positive action at the address.
“A significant quantity of controlled drugs have been removed from the streets of Aberdeen and I hope that our actions demonstrate to the public our willingness to listen to their concerns and act upon the intelligence they provide us”.
