An 80-year-old woman has been charged following a crash in a north-east village.
The incident took place in the Square of Portsoy yesterday afternoon when a vehicle collided with a group of pedestrians.

Two women were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries following the crash, and they remain in hospital today, and two pedestrians who were caught up in the accident suffered minor injuries.
A police spokeswoman said: “Police can this morning confirm an 80-year-old woman was reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the incident.”
