A number of roads will be closed around the site of the new Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre next week.
Work officially started on the £333million venue this week.
From Monday, Greenburn Road will be closed between the western boundary of house number 138 and the A96 Inverurie road junction.
Greenburn Road North will be closed between its junction with Greenburn Road and a point 1,558ft metres north-west of Greenburn Road.
The unnamed road estate road will also be closed between its junctions with Hope Farm Road and Greenburn Road.
And Aberdeen City Council last night also announced two roads in the Bucksburn area are to remain closed for longer than planned after the recent fire at the Britannia Hotel.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is investigating the blaze, which happened on June 9, and the building is still unstable.
An Aberdeen City Council spokeswoman said: “Oldmeldrum Road and Malcolm Road are both to be closed for a further week
for further investigations, and a decision will be made after then. The priority is ensuring the building is made stable.”
Notices for the emergency closure of the roads until Friday have been issued, and further notices will be forthcoming.
About 70 firefighters tackled the blaze at the hotel, which was left partially destroyed afterwards.
