An Aberdeen man has been charged following the recovery of drugs worth a street value of £42,000.
The substances were recovered at Craigton Road, Aberdeen, on Friday and included significant amounts of Diamorphine and Cocaine.
The 25-year-old male, from the Kincorth area of Aberdeen, is expected to appear in Aberdeen Sheriff Court later today.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Police Scotland will continue to target those who wish to involve themselves in drug activity and organised crime in the North East of Scotland, and we will continue in our efforts to make our Policing area a hostile place to deal controlled drugs.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank the public for their continued support as we tackle drugs on our streets and would also remind anyone who has any information regarding drugs, or anyone who sees anything suspicious at addresses which they believe to be connected to drugs, to contact Police on 101.
“If you want to remain anonymous contact Crimestoppers on 0845 555111.”
