The retailers are set to open at the Bridge of Don retail park
A new M&S, Costa and Home Bargains will open at an Aberdeen retail park next summer.
The city’s Bridge of Don Retail Park is adding five leading brands to its line-up of retailers.
An M&S Simply Food, a Costa drive thru, a CarpetRight, a Pets at Home and a Home Bargains are all set to open in 2017.
M&S Simply Food will occupy a 11,000 sq ft unit, Costa Coffee a 1,800 sq ft unit, CarpetRight a 7,850 sq ft unit, Pets at Home a 7,850 sq ft unit, and Home Bargains a 13,401 sq ft unit.
The retailers are due to open in summer 2017 and will take the retail park to fully let.
David Stewart, fund manager of the owners of the retail park, Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund, said: “It is great to see Bridge of Don attracting some of the UK’s best retail brands such as M&S and Costa to expand their presence in Aberdeen.
“Couple this with the refurbishment and B&Q’s recent extended commitment, it is set to offer our customers a much improved retail offer.”
