The vehicle came to a stop on the A90, just south of the Charleston flyover, at around 7.45am today. The incident only adds to existing congestion problems on the road due to excess surface water caused by heavy rainfall overnight. A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Recovery has been arranged so we are just waiting for it to be uplifted.”
