Police are anxious to trace a 70-year-old man who has gone missing in the west of Aberdeen. Robin Green was last seen at around 1pm today near Craigton Road. Officers say he often travels by foot to the Deeside area by bus or on foot, and it is understood he may be sleeping rough in the area. Residents in Deeside communities have been urged to check their gardens, streets and outhouses for signs of Mr Green. He is described as being 5ft 9in, with a slim build, long grey hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a green wax jacket, a red jumper and dark dress trousers. Anyone with information about Mr Green, or anyone who matches his description, is urged to contact the police immediately on 101
