A picture of the missing boat off Gourdon has been released after the search for the two fishermen onboard resumed this morning.
The men, who have been named locally as Jim Reid and his grandson David Irvine, left Gourdon harbour at 4am yesterday and were expected to return by 9.30am.
When the creel boat had failed to return by noon, a member of the public raised the alarm and a massive coastguard search was launched involving an RAF Sea King helicopter and three lifeboats.
After almost 10 hours of scouring the area the search was called off just before 9.30pm last night, but is now underway again.
