A road in Aberdeen was sealed off for more than 12 hours yesterday following a sexual assault in the early hours of the morning.
Police were called to Grampian Lane in Torry at around 4am and are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time.
They area also keen to trace a light coloured estate type vehicle seen in the surrounding area.
Detective Inspector Stuart McAdam said: “I would appeal for anyone who may have been in the area at that time and saw anything that they think may have been suspicious or saw a similar vehicle in the Torry area of Aberdeen in the early hours of Saturday morning to contact Police as a priority.
“We are at the early stages of our enquiries, however I would urge anyone with information about this incident to get in touch.”
