The accident happened south of Ellon, at about 8.45am, and involved an articulated lorry. Three appliances were called to the scene but only one, from Ellon, was needed at the scene. Two people freed themselves from the lorry. Six firefighters were called to the scene but were not required. The road had been closed southbound from the Tesco roundabout. UPDATE: The A90 is to close between the Tesco and A90 roundabout to allow the lorry to be removed from the scene.
