Work is really coming on at the site of the former Capitol Theatre in Aberdeen.
These pictures give an idea of the scale of the construction project, which will transform the iconic Justice Mill Lane site into a state-of-the-art office development.
The 75,000sq ft site will have office accommodation spread over seven floors.
