Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with an armed robbery in Aberdeen.
The incident happened at the Gallowgate Convenience Store on Thursday, May 7, at 2.10pm.
At the time, shopworker Valentina Osbaldeston told how a masked knifeman threatened her with a knife and robbed her store of hundreds of pounds.
The 37-year-old said the raider claimed he was going to kill her during the raid – while her young son looked on.
Mrs Osbaldeston said the robber burst in and demanded cash and cigarettes.
She was left “very shaken” but uninjured.
The man shown in the CCTV image is described as around 6ft tall and slim with  blue eyes.
He was wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans, white trainers and a brown or khaki hat with fur ear covers.
Detective Inspector Colin Morrans, who is leading the investigation, said: “The person in the image is wearing very distinctive clothing and I would urge anyone who recognises the male to make contact.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
