Police officers have recovered drugs with a street value of £41,000 from a house in the city.
Officers from the Aberdeen Proactive Unit executed a drug search warrant at an address in the Kittybrewster area of Aberdeen and recovered ‘crack’ cocaine.
A 45 year old man from the London area has been charged in relation to the recovery and he is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on September 1.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We are committed to tackling drug misuse in communities. Anyone with concerns about drug misuse in their area should call police on 101 or if they wish to remain anonymous they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
