Two charged after heroin and cannabis recovered in Moray

Two people have been charged following the recovery of heroin and cannabis in the Forbes Court area of Elgin.

The seizure took place on Friday September 16 during an intelligence-led drugs search warrant.

The 36-year-old man from Liverpool and a 23-year-old local woman are expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court today.
