Sentence was deferred for a background report on an Aviemore man who threatened to cut the neck of a woman while holding a hacksaw.
Alistair Malcolm-Walker, 34, of Callart Road, admitted two charges of assault and one of behaving in a threatening manner at an address in Aviemore on November 6 last year.
He pleaded guilty to repeatedly punching David Howells and Miguel Parapar on the head and body and threatening Paula Watson.
Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood didn’t hear the facts but decided to call for a report to examine all sentencing options and Walker will re-appear on March 9.
