Dawn Macrae, of Oldtown Road, was caught driving with twice the permitted amount of alcohol on New Year’s Day on Culcabock Road, Inverness. She then tried to kick and bite officers. Defence solicitor Willie Young said his client had health issues and the court would benefit from a background report. Sentence was deferred until August 3.
