Two people have been charged after police in Aberdeen recovered cannabis with a street value of around £6,000
A 54-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man have been charged following the recovery of the drug on Friday at an address at Cummings Park Circle, following an intelligence-led operation.
Detective constable Kayleigh McLean said: “We are committed to disrupting the illegal supply of drugs to our communities and will continue to work with partners to prevent the misery and harm this criminality can cause.
“We rely on support and information from members of the public and if you have any information regarding an individual or individuals who may be involved in drugs, please contact Police Scotland on 101.”
It is expected that the man and woman will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
