Pamela Rattray, of Galloway Drive, admitted behaving in a threatening manner towards police on the A9 at Lynebeg on February 14. She also pleaded guilty to assaulting one officer by spitting on his head and attempting to bite his hand. Rattray also admitted failing to comply with a roadside breathtest and failing to provide breath samples at Burnett Road Police Station in Inverness. Before hearing the facts, Sheriff David Sutherland decided to call for a background report in view of her previous convictions. Rattray will re-appear on May 8.
