An Inverness woman who made her own crack cocaine also stored the narcotic for a friend.
But Inverness Sheriff Court heard that police received intelligence about Michelle Lennan, 34, and raided her home in Balloan Road on December 13, last year.
They found several bags of a firm substance containing cocaine, with a street value of £3,940.
Also discovered was a bag of bicarbonate of soda which is used as an ingredient in crack cocaine.
She claimed to police “this is a fit up” as they searched her property but pleaded guilty yesterday to being concerned in the supply of the drug.
Her co-accused, 38 year old Englishman Scott Smith, described as an Inverness prisoner, also admitted the same charge.
It was said that Lennan was holding the drugs for Smith, who used her home as a base.
Sentence was deferred until May 11 for a background report and both were again remanded.
