Jurors at Inverness Sheriff Court were sent home on Tuesday afternoon and resumed their deliberations yesterday. They took three hours and 45 minutes to unanimously convict Daniel Garden of Woodlands Park, Inverness, of the three charges. He was found not proven by a majority of distributing extreme videos of a woman he knew. Sentence was deferred until July 5 for a background report and bail was continued. He was also immediately placed on the sex offender’s register.
