Michael McLean, 17, died in hospital after an incident at the premises of Denholm MacNamee Ltd on Inverurie Business Park on August 14, 2015. A worker at the firm, Dean Reynolds, 23, from Keith, had been accused of causing the teen’s death but denied culpable homicide. And a jury at the High Court in Aberdeen today found the charge not proven by a majority.
