Christopher Barton, of McLennan Street, Mount Florida, was reported to police for knocking on a door in Diriebught Road in the early hours of June 3. Inverness Sheriff Court was told that when police attended the area, officers found Barton lying in a bush. The 27-year-old admitted a breach of bail and was ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid community work.
