A 39-year-old man is expected to appear in court in connection with a series of thefts from homes in Inverness.
The man has been charged in connection with alleged thefts in the Haugh Road area on June 21, Balnacraig Road on June 24 and Glenurquhart Road on July 10.
He is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today.
Detective Inspector Steven Mackenzie said: “We are very grateful to the members of the local community who have assisted with our inquiries into these incidents.
“We would continue to remind people to make sure their homes are secure against acquisitive crime and to report any concerns about suspicious activity to us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
