A 38-year-old Inverness man who sent explicit sexual messages to a woman “in an alcoholic haze” was placed on the Sex Offender’s Register for three years.
Anthony Morrison of Lochalsh Court was also ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work and placed under social work supervision for three years.
He admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by sending the woman repeated voicemail messages of an explicit sexual nature between December 10 last year and January 31 this year.
Defence solicitor Rory Gowans said: “He was in an alcoholic haze at the time.”
